Addison is made by Mayhem Labs Limited in Aotearoa.
We build practice management for independent mental health clinicians: scheduling, funded allocations, and a contingency plan for the days you can’t be there. One plan, set up yourself, built alongside clinicians who run their own practices on it.
A solo practice carries the same duty of care as a large one.
Independent clinicians juggle diaries, spreadsheets and referral portals, often between sessions. Funded work gets counted by hand on a Friday afternoon. And when a clinician is suddenly unwell or unreachable, the obligation to their clients does not pause.
Addison brings the schedule, the funded work and a written, rehearsed contingency plan into one place, so the practice keeps working on the days its clinician can’t.
Much of what a clinician clicks in Addison becomes an email in a client’s inbox. We write every word as if someone having a hard day will read it, because some of them will.
Addison runs your schedule and funded work. Clinical notes stay wherever you already keep them, and a trusted contact never sees anything clinical.
NZ$29 a month for everything, contingency planning included. A continuity feature some practices skip because of budget fails exactly where it is needed most.
The people behind it

Ashton founded Addison and leads how it is designed and built, working alongside practising clinicians on what comes next.
Tamsyn was the first clinician on Addison. She runs her own practice on it and tells us plainly what does not work, and what slowed her week down set what got built next.
